Here’s just some of the reasons to speak to BPP Inspections today:

  1. We LOVE helping our clients – not many people can say they genuinely love what they do, but we do!
  2. We’re fit and agile – we can crawl through man-holes and are confident to walk on roofs to give you the most accurate, top-to-toe assessment of the property.
  3. QBCC Licensed for 20 years – our Inspector is a qualified builder and has held a QBCC License for more than 2 decades.

“It’s not just BPP Inspection’s industry knowledge that sets us apart,
our passion for helping clients is unrivalled.

We operate with integrity, and act for you – the buyer – to provide an accurate
assessment of the property at the time of the inspection.”

– Steve, BPP Inspector and Owner

Buying your first home?

Congratulations! We know that buying your first property can be daunting, but it shouldn’t be a stressful experience.

BPP Inspections goes above and beyond to provide extra support and counsel to first home buyers – should you need it.

Our Process

  1. Upon booking an inspection: You will be emailed a Building Inspection Agreement form, which outlines the terms and conditions of the inspection. Please read, sign and return it to us to confirm your booking
  2. Once at the property. The Inspector will walk through it with you so you can both get an understanding of the property and any areas of interests or concern to yourselves of the Inspector.
  3. After the walkthrough: The Inspector will conduct the Inspection on his own and immediately afterwards will talk to you using language and terms you can understand. (We won’t overwhelm you with industry jargon, unless you want us to!)
  4. Following the inspection: We will write up the report and email it to you as soon as possible within 24 hours, detailing our findings and any recommendations we may have.
